Financial Donations

The Vincentian Vocation is to follow Christ through service to those in need and to bear witness to His compassionate and liberating love. Members show their commitment through person -to-person contact. No work of charity is foreign to the Society. It includes any form of help that alleviates suffering or deprivation and promotes human dignity and personal integrity in all their dimensions. The Society serves those in need regardless of creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender or political opinion. Vincentians strive to seek out and find those in need and the forgotten, the victims of exclusion or adversity.

None of the above can be accomplished without your monetary help, donating what you can when you can.

Donations help provide direct assistance to those in need in our community. Vincentians meet face to face with those in need to assess their needs. Some of the needs addressed by Vincentians include: housing and utility assistance; job training and placement; and access to food, clothing, transportation and medical care.

There are many ways in which you can donate.

  • Planned Giving: Creating your Legacy of Faith, include the Society in your financial, tax or estate planning.
  • Recurring Donation: To schedule a recurring donation or a one time donation
  • Matching Gifts: The perfect match for your generosity is a matching gift from your e employer.
  • Making a Memorial or Tribute Gift: A gift to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul for a loved one is a meaningful way to honor or memorialize that person. Tribute gifts can be a perfect birthday, wedding or holiday gift for the person who has everything. When you make a tribute or memorial gift, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul will send a letter to the recipient or the recipient's family to let them know about your gift. The amount of your gift is not disclosed. We will also send an acknowledgement to you as the donor.
  • CARS: Donating your old or unwanted vehicle to St. Vincent de Paul is an easy way to have an impact on people in need in our communities. All car donations are completely tax deductible.
  • GOODS: The families and individuals we serve are in need of many items including food, clothing, furniture, etc...
